Delight Engineering Consultancy is seeking a knowledgeable Static Equipment Engineer to join our team. The Static Equipment Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and integrity management of static equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, optimize equipment performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze static equipment, including pressure vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers.
- Perform calculations and simulations to ensure structural integrity, compliance with codes, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the manufacturing and testing process of static equipment.
- Work with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and safety.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving for equipment issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in static equipment design and analysis.
- Knowledge of ASME, API, and other relevant standards.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, PDMS, CAESAR II).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with pressure vessels and heat exchangers is preferred.
