Delight Engineering Consultancy is looking for a talented FEA Engineer to join our team. As an FEA Engineer, you will be responsible for performing finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate and optimize the performance of mechanical components and systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers to solve complex design challenges, ensuring designs meet safety, reliability, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform FEA simulations on mechanical components, systems, and structures.
- Analyze and optimize designs for structural integrity, fatigue, thermal performance, and safety.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate FEA results into product development.
- Conduct material selection and testing based on FEA findings.
- Generate and present FEA reports, documentation, and recommendations for design improvements.
- Stay current with FEA software advancements and simulation techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performing finite element analysis (FEA).
- Proficiency in FEA software (ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar).
- Strong understanding of material properties, stress analysis, and thermal analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in FEA for mechanical or structural applications is a plus.
