Delight Engineering Consultancy is looking for a skilled Designer/Draftsman to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed design drawings and plans for engineering projects, working closely with engineers to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and functional design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and proficiency in design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed design drawings, plans, and schematics for engineering projects
- Ensure designs adhere to project specifications, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to incorporate design changes and modifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of design documents and revisions.
- Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in design and drafting for engineering projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in mechanical or structural design is a plus.
